Nina, 34, shared a behind-the-scenes look of her trip to Necker Island, a luxury private island on the British Virgin owned by Sir Richard Branson. She’s glowing as she shows off her various vacation looks—from a bright red ankle-length sun dress to more casual jean shorts and a yellow bikini top as she plays with a bird. The woman has range!
“On [Necker] island time ⏰,” Nina captioned the photos. Not only does The Vampire Diaries star look to be having the time of her life, but she also looks super strong. Hellooo abs and legs!
Obviously, her IG followers noticed too. “Gorgeous ❤️” wrote one follower. While another added, “😍😍,” which sums up the whole vibe, TBH.

(Different choices depending on the day, of course…Nina is busy!) “Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system,” she shared.
She also like to wake up early to get some steps in with her dog Maverick before relaxing in the steam room. “I need to sweat every single day somehow, even if it’s just in the steam room,” she says. “Some days are better than others, I’ll be honest with you. Some days, Maverick gets a shorter walk than she probably deserves, if I’m running late or don’t have it together or press the snooze button 18 times too many.”

Nina also likes to sweat with friends and even filmed a workout with Zac Efron in 2019. The pair did an ab and butt workout for the “Gym Time w/ Zac Efron” series, and seriously, watching this will make you sweat.

When she’s not crushing a workout, Nina also makes sure to fuel her body well. The star starts her day with a protein shake that includes unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen bananas, avocado, almond butter, spinach, arugula, and collagen, per Eat This Not That.
For lunch, Nina usually has a salad. And she doesn’t gatekeep, so she actually dropped the exact salad she usually reaches for from Fresh Corn Grill in Los Angeles. She orders the Fresh Corn Grilled Salad without corn, which has zucchini, asparagus, scallions, tomatoes, avocado, mixed greens, and vinaigrette dressing, per the outlet.
