- Reese Witherspoon just dropped a yoga video on Instagram, and it’s all kinds of incredible.
- The actress and entrepreneur, 46, was looking super glowy and strong in her Draper James gingham workout set, which put her sculpted abs and toned arms on full display.
- Despite her busy schedule, Reese aims to workout for at least 30 minutes, six days a week.
Reese Witherspoon doesn’t just run her own clothing line—she actually puts her items to good use IRL. The Draper James founder just casually dropped video on Instagram of herself wearing her own athleisure, and it’s clear she’s been focusing on fitness lately.
In the video, Reese, 46, can be seen modeling a gingham-print sports bra and matching leggings (WANT) while doing various yoga poses. Fans and friends of the star get to see Reese completing some warrior poses and salutations, while casually flashing her toned abs and strong arms in the process. “This new workout gear from @draperjames has got me moving! 🧘🏼♀️🙏🏼💦,” she wrote in the caption, later sharing that the pants also have pockets on the sides.
Of course, her famous friends cheered her on in the comments. “Wow! U look incredible!” said Victoria Beckham, while Drew Barrymore chimed in with, “Wow wow wow hot hot hot.”
ICYMI, Reese has a ~thing~ for gingham. She also shared this pic over the summer of herself in a Draper James x Land’s End gingham suit, where she looks super fit and happy:
If you’re wondering how Reese gets so strong, I’ve got some insights. For one, she’s always been big on sharing her health and wellness routines with followers.
Back in 2020, Reese started a walk/run challenge with fans (where she encouraged people to walk or run every day for a month). For her, that meant doing things like a treadmill workout where she alternated between walking for three minutes at 3.5–4 miles per hour and running for two minutes at 5.5–6 miles per hour, all for 30 minutes, per Shape.
Reese also made sure do stretch and do foam rolling to lower her risk of injury:
Reese doesn’t just walk and run around for cardio, though: She’s also big into yoga, her instructor told PopSugar. (By the way, her trainer told Hello that Reese aims to do at least 30 minutes of exercise, six days a week.)
On the food front, Reese is big on eating plenty of veggies and she also loves a green smoothie. (Her go-to is Kim Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which includes spinach, romaine lettuce, apple, pear, and lemon juice.) Lunch is usually some kind of salad, Hello says, followed by a whole-grain pasta dish or lean protein like fish or chicken with more fresh veggies.

But Reese has made it clear she leaves plenty of room in her nutrition plan for some fun additions. Case in point:
Go, Reese, go!
