At 50, Heidi Klum Is Your Monday Fitness Inspo In Her New Mini-Workout On IG

Heidi Klum finally shared the work that goes into her chiseled abs. The America’s Got Talent judge recently posted a video of a casual workout sesh on the Germany’s Next Top Model set to her Instagram. The 50-year-old model was lifting her legs and arms in very casual workout attire—jeans, Birkenstocks, and a bra that put her super strong core on full display.

Heidi’s casual fitness session appears to have taken place in a conference room for the television show, and her colleagues don’t seem at all fazed. The model is multi-tasking as much as one possibly can, too. In the Boomerang-like video, she lifts both her arms (while holding some 1-pound weights) and leg, also equipped with an ankle weight.

For dedicated Heidi fans, this slice of life exercise routine is hardly surprising. The Halloween queen is known for working in exercise into her daily life. She likes some more structured exercises like swimming and yoga, but also is a firm believer in small, but mighty, fitness breaks like the one in her latest ‘Gram.

“I don’t think you have to do a lot, but if you do a little bit [regularly], I think that’s important,” she told US Weekly in 2020.

Heidi also recommends working out with a buddy (it looks like coworkers count, and they don’t even have to be working out!) to keep yourself accountable. “When you’re exercising solo, it’s far too easy to stop short of your goal, so having someone else to hold you accountable can make all the difference,” she told US Weekly. Great advice!

As for how she fuels her tiny workouts, Women’s Health UK talked to Oz Garcia, who was Heidi’s nutritionist in 2017, for the inside scoop. Apparently, Heidi’s daily diet included lots of egg whites and veggies (particularly green peppers, spinach, broccoli, and onions). Her go-to desserts were yogurt, sorbet, or 70% cocoa chocolate. Yum!
