Christie Brinkley just dropped a new family portrait on Instagram where she’s posing pantsless with her daughters.

When you’re a supermodel, your family portrait might look a little different than everyone else’s normal pics. And Christie Brinkley is here to share the proof. The model just shared a snap of herself with her daughters, and it is totally epic.
In the picture, the 69-year-old star is busy posing alongside her daughters, Alexa Ray Joel and Sailor Brinkley Cook, wearing a white button-down and no pants. The look is chic and showcases Christie’s impressively toned legs.
“With my girls ❤️ @alexarayjoel❤️@sailorbrinkleycook ❤️,” she wrote in the caption.
Of course, everyone loved the sweet (and toned!) mother-daughter moment, and fans cheered them on in the comments. “So much beauty .. So much love ❤️❤️❤️,” said Beverly Johnson, while someone else chimed in with, “Beautiful genes …❤️❤️❤️.”
Christie is seriously strong right now, and she just opened up to Women’s Health about how she makes it happen.
For starters, she’s into found fitness. That means she drops exercises into her everyday activities, like when she’s brushing her teeth or blowing out her hair. “It’s just such a waste of time not to,” she said. “When I’m brushing my teeth, I go up and down on my toes, otherwise I could never wear heels.” (Also in the mix: Doing lunges while she blow dries her hair.)
Christie is big into gardening, and she’s found ways to make it even more physical. “Sometimes I’ll tell myself, Okay I’m going to hold that leg in place while I’m bending down, and then your leg starts to tremble,” she said, noting that she’ll also add squats in when she’s bending over to work in her garden.
Christie does yoga, too, which is a great way to improve flexibility while lengthening and toning muscles. And she often practices her moves with her dogs around. “I love yoga,” she said. “Every time I’m doing it, I’ve got both dogs aiming for my face, trying to give me kisses.”
Biking is a regular thing for Christie—she’s shared a ton of pics and videos of herself cruising around on her blue bike, including at the beach:
When it comes to her diet and nutritional needs, Christie is a devout vegetarian and she shared that she tries to eat a “rainbow” assortment of foods (i.e. foods with colors that mimic the rainbow). “I developed this theory when I became a mom,” she recently told WH. “It seemed like every other day there’d be an article like ‘We Thought This Item Was Healthy For You And Now We’ve Discovered It Causes Cancer,’ so I decided I just wanted to give my kids an array of colors, and I raised them all vegetarians.”

Some favorites include broccoli, beans, and grains. “Quinoa is a great protein source,” she noted.
