Jane Seymour is starting off summer right—soaking up some sun and looking totally glamorous while doing it.

The 72-year-old actress is in Costa Rica on vacay, relaxing. And she shared a quick snap of her toned legs and next-level core on Instagram as she glowed in a brown plunging one piece.

“The warmth of summer’s arrival is like a gentle breeze whispering hope into our souls, reminding us that amidst life’s uncertainties, there’s always room for joy. 🥰,” Jane captioned the photo. “Let’s dive into the ocean of possibilities, soak up the sunshine of gratitude, and let our spirits soar with the wings of endless possibilities.”

Jane has definitely been enjoying her time in Costa Rica. She’s keeping active with horseback riding and ziplining. Plus: She’s rocking a totally makeup-free look. Tropical vibes truly suit her!

Wondering how she stays so fantastically fit? I’ve got answers. When she’s not swinging through the trees and riding horses on gorgeous beaches, Jane is working on her abs at the studio. She’s big on Pilates and has shared photos of herself using the Gyrotonic machine on Instagram. Jane’s been practicing for decades now, per a 2014 Daily Mail story—and it definitely shows!

She also does something called The Perfect Workout, per Closer, which is very slow weightlifting. “You only do 20 minutes twice a week,” she told the outlet. “I notice a huge difference when I do it. Each exercise you do, you do it to fatigue so your whole body starts shaking.”

On the food front, Jane grows her own veggies and makes sure she eats fresh high-quality foods. In an Instagram video, she served up a huge tray of fruits and veggies that she said she grew herself! “Garden fresh, really healthy—this is how I keep fit,” she said.
