The video shows the 64-year-old pop legend posing in a corset and fishnets with no pants, doing a slew of poses while showing off her super-toned legs to the tune of her new song, “Vulgar” with Sam Smith.
“We do what We Wanna………… Happy Pride 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈. @samsmith #vulgar,” she wrote in the caption.
Naturally, people cheered her on in the comments. “She’s just as sexy as she was in the 80s how is that?? 🔥,” one person wrote. “Dammmmm Queen!!!! 🤩❤🌹💥💥💥,” said another.
So what does she do to stay in such amazing shape? Well, Madonna is gearing up for her Celebration tour and it’s clear she’s been working hard. She recently shared a BTS video from rehearsals, including one clip where she can be seen taping her hands boxer-style.
Madonna suffered a slew of injuries during her last world tour, so she had a “regenerative treatment” to repair “missing cartilage she shared on a now-deleted Instagram post in 2020, per the Daily Mail. But Madonna has recovered and she’s been working out hard. She told Extra that she doesn’t slack with her workouts. “It’s all in your head…It’s called will, it’s called no one’s gonna stop me,” she said. “How I stay in shape is I don’t believe in limitations.”

Madonna recently had hip replacement surgery, and she shared video of herself doing a lot of foam rolling rehab on Instagram. “I see the f*cking pain,” she said in one which, fair.
“I used to be, like, a fitness/workout maniac,” she told Extra, saying that her surgery slowed her down—but only for a little while.
Madonna is big on Pilates, and she’s shared several videos of herself on Instagram working out. In one, the Queen of Pop is using a Reformer machine to do moves that focus on her butt, thighs, and arms.
Madonna has worked with trainer Craig Smith who shared details of their workouts with People. Smith revealed that he “utilizes dance to tone the entire body, plus a mix of asana yoga, Bar Method, and a lot of hybrid Pilates programs to give that nice, sleek look to her arms.” He also likes to mix things up to keep Madonna’s body “in a guesswork state.”
Can’t wait for the Celebration tour!
