Heidi Klum showed up at a haute couture show in Paris in a disappearing “half-body” dress.
- In pics she shared on IG from the show, Heidi’s super-toned abs and legs were on full display.
- When it comes to her workouts, Heidi used to like going for long runs, but now prefers fun, dance-based workouts.
Heidi Klum just hit up the Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture show in Paris, and she made sure to serve a certified look in the fashion department.
The 50-year-old A-lister modeled the coolest black and blue peekaboo “disappearing” dress that shows just how next-level toned she is right now. Heidi clearly loved the look—she shared an Instagram video and pics of herself working it.
In one post, Heidi can be seen sprawled out in a hotel room while modeling the dress, showing off her seriously sculpted legs and abs in the process. “@jeanpaulgaultier said to me, this dress you are wearing i sewed with my own hands,” she wrote in the caption. “JPG I love you ❤️ always being a visionary of love and diversity in beauty. Beautiful you made me feel tonight ….. now I listen to the street sounds of Paris … inspired by the magical @juliendossena x @jeanpaulgaultier Haute Couture show today 🇫🇷❤️CONGRATULATIONS.”
Heidi also dropped pics of herself in the drapey dress, which showed a peek of her totally jacked abs. And if you hop on over to Heidi’s Instagram Stories and you’ll see another shot of Heidi posing in the dress alongside Jean Paul Gaultier himself. Clearly, she loved this outfit.
The model has been on a European vacation for weeks now, and she looks super happy (and strong) on her trip, whether she’s hanging on a boat in Italy or cruising the streets of Paris. So, for those of you wondering what she does to get so toned and sculpted, Women’s Health has some insights into her health and wellness routines.
Heidi is also pretty much always on the move. She recently shared behind-the-scenes video from rehearsals for her “Chai Tea with Heidi” song with Snoop Dogg, and her dance moves are impressive. Also worth noting: Heidi bounced around a ton before she even practiced the moves, so you can be sure this dance routine was a major cardio moment.
Heidi does yoga, too—a form of exercise that’ll help you get all-over toned while strengthening and lengthening your muscles. She casually dropped an Instagram pic in 2020 of herself doing inversions—which work your core and shoulders—like it was no biggie.
Apparently, Heidi is into found fitness. Example A: She hilariously shared a video on Instagram of herself doing weighted arm and leg lifts in a Germany’s Next Top Model meeting room, as the people around her worked on their computers. Gotta get your workout in, even at work!
When it comes to her diet, Heidi seems like she’s all about the good stuff. Back in 2017, she told Women’s Health UK that likes to start her day with “something green.” When her kids were at home, she’d start them out with a morning smoothie. The model would keep fresh produce in the fridge so that it was ready at the crack of dawn.
