Now, the singer is gearing up to go on tour in October—but she did a little skinny dipping first.
Kesha just casually dropped a photo on Instagram of herself totally naked while hanging out in a stream. She looks super strong all over as she cups her breasts with one hand and gazes off into the distance. Her nipple is hilariously covered with her album cover.
“The only thing I have on is my album,” she joked in the caption.
The 36-year-old’s Instagram posts show just how toned she is lately. There’s Kesha showing off her sculpted legs as she poses in a chair:

And showing off her strong legs and sculpted abs while posing with her new album in a bikini:
It’s been a minute since Kesha publicly discussed her fitness routine, but her trainer Kit Rich previously told Shape that she’s “a real athlete.”
Of course, being onstage is no joke, either. Kesha goes all in during her shows, and that’ll definitely get your heart rate up. This IG is a case in point:
Kesha has been open about her mental health struggles, and she previously told Rolling Stone that she’s been working on herself after struggling with disordered eating.
“I really just thought I wasn’t supposed to eat food,” she said. “And then if I ever did, I felt very ashamed, and I would make myself throw up because I’d think, Oh, my God, I can’t believe I actually did that horrible thing. I’m so ashamed of myself because I don’t deserve to eat food.”
But Kesha said people praised her when she lost weight, which made recovery difficult. “The worse I got and the sicker I got, the better a lot of people around me were saying that I looked. They would just be like, ‘Oh my gosh, keep doing whatever you’re doing! You look so beautiful, so stunning,’” she said.
Kesha has received treatment and she did a public service announcement for the National Eating Disorders Association where she said, “recovery is possible.”
