Rita Ora has been hanging out in a thong bikini this weekend, sharing her fabulous vacation snaps with her followers.

When you feel strong and confident in a bikini, you have to share it with the world—it’s just a requirement. So, of course, singer Rita Ora, just dropped some photos showing off how next-level strong she is in a teeny thong bikini.
The 32-year-old star is on vacation someplace amazing, and she shared a few snaps from a boat that are…whew. There’s Rita looking seriously sculpted all over as she flashes her six-pack in the silver string bikini. The next shot features Rita throwing a little underboob into the mix as she shows off her legs, following by the singer looking into the distance with her toned booty on *full* display.
“So far….🥹🙏,” she wrote in the caption.

In each pic, the “I Will Never Let You Down” singer looks jacked—and she’s been very clear that she works out hard to get strong and toned. Back in June, she provided her followers with a big photo dump from a Pilates studio. There, Rita worked her way through a ton of moves that targeted pretty much every muscle in her body. (She also sweetly called her trainer, “my angel.”)
And then there was another post where Rita got busy doing a ton of moves with free weights, along with shot of her indulging in what appears to be a sound bath while using resistance bands like a multi-tasking boss:
Rita has worked with trainer Jono Castano (who also works with Rebel Wilson), and he coached her through some impressive moves, including seriously heavy weighted squats back in June.
Castano previously told the Daily Mail that he does a mix of HIIT, stretching, and recovery with his clients. “With Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end,” he explained.

It’s been a minute since she talked publicly about her dietary regimens, but Rita previously told Shape that she usually has protein-heavy meals with veggies. “I used to be like, ‘I’m not eating!’” she said. “Eating isn’t the problem, though. It’s about what your body needs, and everyone’s body is different.”
